Privacy
Short version: we use what you send us to give you a price and do the job. We don’t sell it, rent it or use it for ads.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send us:
- Through the quote form: your name, phone number, email (if you give it), ZIP code and city, a description of the job, your preferred timing and contact method, and any photos you upload.
- When you call or text: your phone number and the messages and photos you send.
- When you email: your email address and what you write.
How we use it
To reply to you, give you a price, schedule the job and do it. That’s it.
Photos you upload with the quote form are emailed to the owner so he can look at the job and price it.
Text messages
We only text you about the quote or job you asked about. No marketing texts, no lists. If you’d rather not get texts, just tell us and we’ll call or email instead.
We don’t sell your information
We never sell, rent or trade your information, and we don’t use it for advertising.
A few services help deliver your request to the owner: the website host (Cloudflare), our business email (Microsoft 365) that sends the quote form to our inbox, and a text-message service (Twilio) that alerts the owner’s phone. They handle your information only to deliver it to us.
Photos
Photos you send are used to quote your job. We only post job photos online with your permission, and never photos that show people, faces, house numbers or personal information.
How long we keep it, and your choices
We keep messages and photos only as long as they’re useful for your job and our basic business records. You can ask us at any time to see or delete what we have about you.
